THE IMPACT OF THE LANGUAGE COMMUNITY ON ENGLISH SPEAKING ANXIETY TO AL MUSYAROKAH DORMITORY STUDENT IN ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2020/2021

English Community makes learning English simple. It uses a step-by-step
approach to help students build a clear knowledge of grammar and a solid
vocabulary base, then activates students‟ knowledge through skills work and
functional dialogues. This has an impact on students learning outcomes and in
learning activities the tutor is responsible for the learning outcomes achieved by
students both individually and classically.
Often found in teaching and learning activities, there must be often who
feels anxiety, here, the researchers raises the theme of a phenomenon where
students are anxious about speaking English. Does the existence of an English
community have an impact on students English speaking anxiety?
In order to gather the data a non-experimental, the type of quantitative
research in this study is a survey in order to find out the opinion of the population
by examining a sample of the target population, the data obtained through the
distribution of questioners. The existence of sampling aims to obtain information
through the object of research by observing the population. In this research, the
minimum number of samples was 30 students AL Musyarokah dormitory. For
analysis data using normality test, regression, r test, homogeneity and t test.
The results of the above research indicate Language Community on
English speaking anxiety has an influence of 49% which has been evidenced by
(R2 = 0.49,6), while the rest 49,6% that effect the English area. Since there are
still other factors of 50,3% that Language community on English speaking
anxiety. Since there are still other factors of 50,3% that effect English area on
speaking ability, of course this recommendation for researchers who are interested
in further research with themes related English area. Thus Ha, “there is the impact

was rejected.
