This research is the result of research that describes the implementation
of the Take And Give Learning Model to Improve Arabic Learning
Motivation for Class VIII E Students of Mts Al Amiriyyah Blokagung. The
learning process includes 3 stages, namely the planning, implementation, and
evaluation stages. This study aims to answer based on the background
described above, the formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) how to
implement the Take And Give Learning Model to Improve Arabic Learning
Motivation for Class VIII E MTs Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Academic Year
2021 /2022, (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Take
and Give learning model to increase students' interest in learning. The
purpose of this study was to find out how to apply the Take And Give
Learning Model to Improve Arabic Learning Motivation for Class VIII E
MTs Al Amiriyyah Blokagung students, and to find out the supporting and
inhibiting factors for its implementation. This learning model is to increase
interest in learning Arabic for Class VIII E MTs Al Amiriyyah Blokagung
students. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected
using observational techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of
this study conclude that the application of the Take And Give Learning

Model in Class VIII E MTs Al Amiriyyah Blokagung can increase students'
interest in learning. Implementation of the Take And Give Learning Model
in Class VIII E MTs Al Amiriyyah Blokagung, where the teacher provides
material so that it can be accepted by students, then the Take and Give
learning model (give and receive) is applied to train students to become
resource persons and learning partners for other friends, by exchanging
material knowledge. Therefore, each student is required to master the
material that is the topic of his discussion and have the ability to
communicate, so that he can convey the material to other students.
Meanwhile, students who receive information are also required to be able to
capture the material presented to them properly. Because he must be able to
develop an example that is relevant to the material he receives.
