THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENGLISH SONG “LOVE IS GONE” BY SLANDER FEAT DYLAN MATTHEW TO INCREASE THE EIGHTH GRADE STUDENTS’ PRONOUNCIATION SKILL IN SATUAN PENDIDIKAN MUADALAH (SPM) WUSTHA DARUSSALAM BANYUWANGI IN ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022

ABSTRACT
Some teachers do not teach pronounciation very well in their class. They more frequently teach reading and writing than pronounciation. therefore, students’ ability in pronouncing the words is still low and they feel difficult to pronounce the word given by the teacher. It makes the studentsfell afraid of making mistakes in pronouncing the words. It haappens because the students’ do not have any habit in learning pronounciation in their class and they are not interested of learning pronounciation.
The objective of this research is to increase students’ pronounciation skill by using English song media. English song can be used by English teacher to teach pronounciation in every level. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) Methodology. It was conducted in two cycles and each cycle has four steps; palnning, action, observing, and reflecting. The data gained from observation, interview and students’ score test of pronounciation. The result show
that English song can increase their pronunciation . And students’ become more active and enthusiastic, teaching and learning process becomes more interesting.
